Muscle pain,this is caused by..



Muscle pain  is usually called mylgia. This condition is common and can be faced by everyone with no age limit. This usually happens to people who have too much activity, injury during exercise or work, even high levels of tension can also trigger muscle pain.


Muscle aches can occur before activity or after activity and this may be very disturbing if not overcome, the pain can be anywhere because the whole body consists of muscle tissue. While the muscle tissue itself consists of ligaments, tendons and fascia, let us discuss what ligaments, tendons and fascia.

What is a ligament?

Ligaments are elastic bands of tissue that bind the ends of the bones that form the joints that help the range of motion and stabilize it so that there is harmony in the bone.

What is a tendon?

tendons are a structure in the body that connects muscle tissue to the bones. They are responsible for moving the bones so we can jump, lift, walk and move.

What is fascia?

Fascia is a connective tissue that connects muscles with muscles and other tissues that surround them such as blood vessels and nerves.


Painful muscle pain can last for a short time may also prolonged, sometimes relapse sometimes also healed this can also be an indication of other conditions that affect the body. such as suffering from lupus disease (abnormalities of connective tissue in the body)

Some causes of muscle pain?


- too much muscle in force during excessive physical activity, too fast or too often
- sprains, falls or injuries and trauma
- Excessive stress or tension can trigger muscle pain.
- less heating when going to exercise or other activities.


However, muscle pain can also be an indication of various diseases such as Dermatomyosis, infection, lupus, or it could be due to side effects of drugs such as statins and the ACE inhibitor group (Angiotensin Converting Enzym)

Things that can be done to prevent muscle pain 

there are some things you can do to prevent muscle pain, for example:

Do warm up before starting exercise, let alone exercise with physical intensity that often dn weight.
Do movement before and after doing physical activity.
Do a regular stretch for those of you who work behind the desk or in the same position continuously regularly and occasionally wake up from your place to walk.
drinking lots of water when physical activity is exhausting to avoid dehydration.

For treatment of unlimited muscle pain in one way, there are various ways such as from self-medication to medical treatment.
